terms of service
The rules for using CSJADE. Plain-language where we can keep it that way — and specific where it matters.
These terms govern your use of CSJADE ("CSJADE", "we", "us"), a marketplace for buying and selling Counter-Strike 2 skins. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. CSJADE is currently an independent project and is not a registered company. It is not affiliated with Valve Corporation.
1. Who can use CSJADE
To use CSJADE you must be legally permitted to hold a Steam account and to buy, sell and hold cryptocurrency where you live. You are responsible for ensuring that using CSJADE is lawful for you. You must own, and have full control of, the Steam account and any items or wallets you use.
2. What CSJADE does
CSJADE lets you buy CS2 skins, paying in cryptocurrency and receiving the item through a Steam trade offer; and sell skins from your own inventory, sending them through a Steam trade and being paid in cryptocurrency. We act as the counterparty to your trade.
3. Buying skins
- Prices are converted live from source-market data and are confirmed at checkout. The price you agree to at checkout is the price that applies.
- You pay in cryptocurrency to the address shown for your order, using the coin and network indicated. You are responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network.
- Orders have a limited time to be paid (currently 24 hours). If a payment needs manual review, that timer is paused while we check it.
- Once payment is confirmed, we deliver the item to the Steam trade URL you provided. You accept the trade offer in Steam yourself.
- Most orders complete within minutes, but delivery times are not guaranteed and can be affected by Steam, network congestion, or manual review.
4. Selling skins
- You sign in with Steam and we quote your items against live reference-market prices. Quotes are re-checked on our servers when you submit, so the figure is current at submission.
- Instant (92%) locks your price when you send the trade; you are paid after Steam's ~7-day trade hold ends. Consignment (95%) lists your item on the market that pays most and pays you as each item sells.
- You send your items through a Steam trade offer. Payout goes to the cryptocurrency address you provide — check it carefully, as crypto sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
5. Payments and crypto risk
Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for sending payments correctly (right coin, right network, right amount) and for providing a correct payout address. If a payment arrives in a way our system can't automatically match — for example sent from an unsupported source — it is not lost: it is held for manual review and your order timer is paused while we confirm it.
6. Trade reversals
Steam allows certain trades to be reversed for a period after they complete. How this affects refunds is set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: buyer-initiated reversals are not supported, and a buyer who reverses a completed trade loses their payment.
7. Acceptable use
- Don't use CSJADE for money laundering, or to trade stolen, illegitimate, or non-owned items.
- Don't attempt to manipulate prices, abuse the quote system, or interfere with the site's operation.
- We may refuse, cancel, or unwind any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.
8. Disclaimers and liability
CSJADE is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific delivery times, or that quotes will match any other market. We are not responsible for Steam outages, Steam trade holds, blockchain network delays, or losses caused by you sending crypto incorrectly or providing a wrong address or trade URL. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid (or were owed) for that order.
9. Not affiliated with Valve
CSJADE is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, CS2, and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use CSJADE after a change means you accept the updated terms.
