refund policy
Exactly when you are — and aren't — refunded. Crypto is irreversible, so the trade-reversal rule matters: read it before you trade.
This policy explains exactly when you are and aren't refunded. Because payments are made in cryptocurrency — which is fast, global, and irreversible — please read the section on trade reversals carefully before you trade. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
The short version
- If we can't deliver a skin you bought, you get the exact amount you paid back.
- Once you've received your skin, the order is complete and not refundable.
- If you reverse a completed trade, your payment is lost.
Buy orders — before delivery
After you've paid, your payment is final except in one situation: we are unable to complete delivery. That covers cases where the skin can't be sourced or delivered, the trade offer is never sent, or the trade is reversed from the seller / source side. In any of those cases you are refunded the exact cryptocurrency amount you sent. We absorb the network fees on the refund.
Buy orders — after you receive the skin
Once the skin is in your Steam inventory, the order is complete. We don't offer refunds, returns, or "changed my mind" reversals on a delivered skin — its market value can move the moment it's yours.
Steam lets some completed trades be reversed for a short window. Buyer-initiated reversals are not supported. If you (the buyer) reverse a trade after receiving your skin, the item returns and your payment is lost — you are not refunded.
A refund is only issued where the reversal comes from the seller / source side — never where the buyer initiates it.
Payments we can't automatically match
If you pay in a way our system can't read automatically — for example sending from an unsupported source like certain swaps or contracts — your payment is not lost. The order is held for manual review and your order timer is paused while an operator confirms the payment by hand.
Sell orders
When you sell, you send your items by Steam trade and are paid in crypto.
- If you reverse, cancel, or recall the trade for items you sent us, we won't pay anything for it.
- If you chose the locked Instant price, you're paid after Steam's ~7-day trade hold ends.
- On Consignment, you're paid as each of your skins sells on the market.
Crypto payouts go to the address you provide. Crypto sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered, so please double-check it at checkout.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are sent in the same cryptocurrency you paid with, for the exact amount received, to the address it came from (or another address you confirm with us). We absorb the network fee. Because crypto prices move, the value in your local currency at refund time may differ from when you paid — the coin amount is what's preserved.
How to raise an issue
You can see and track every order from your My Orders page. If something needs attention, get in touch with your order ID and, for payment issues, your transaction ID (TXID).
