Quick answers to the things people ask first about buying and selling on CSJADE.
The questions people ask most about buying and selling on CSJADE.
What if I pay and don't receive my skin? +
You're protected two ways. If the skin can't be delivered for any reason, you're refunded the exact amount you paid. And no payment is auto-approved — every transfer is confirmed before your order moves forward, with an operator checking by hand anything that can't be matched automatically. You can watch the whole thing on your My Orders page. Full detail is in our Refund Policy.
How long does delivery take? +
Most buy orders complete within minutes once payment is confirmed — we send the skin to your Steam inventory via a normal trade offer. For sells, Instant payouts follow Steam's own ~7-day trade hold (a Steam rule we can't bypass), after which you're paid. Consignment pays as each item sells. Your orders page shows the live status at every step.
Is my Steam account safe? +
Yes. You sign in through Steam's official OpenID — the same system Steam uses everywhere — and we never see your password or username. Steam verifies the login on its own servers and only tells us it's really you. Every skin transfer happens through Steam's normal trade-offer system, which you accept yourself; we never need access to your account.
What happens if I reverse a trade after getting my skin? +
You lose your money. Steam lets some trades be reversed for a short window, but buyer-initiated reversals aren't supported: if you reverse a completed trade after receiving your skin, the item returns and your payment is not refunded. Refunds only apply when a delivery fails on our side. See the Refund Policy for the full rule.
Why do you only take crypto? +
Crypto lets us settle quickly and globally without card chargebacks or regional payment-processor blocks that affect skin sites. We accept BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC and USDT (with USDC and DAI available on request). When you sell, you're paid to the crypto address you choose.
What's the difference between Instant and Consignment? +
Instant (92%) locks your price the moment you send the trade — market moves don't affect you, and you're paid once Steam's trade hold clears. Consignment (95%) lists your skin on whichever market pays most and pays you when it sells; a higher percentage in exchange for a little patience.
I sent the wrong amount or used the wrong network — now what? +
Don't panic — your payment isn't lost. Payments that can't be matched automatically are held for manual review, and your order timer pauses while we check. Get in touch with your order ID and transaction ID and we'll sort it out.
Where do I find my Steam trade URL? +
It's in Steam under your inventory → Trade Offers → "Who can send me Trade Offers", or directly at steamcommunity.com/my/tradeoffers/privacy. Copy the full URL into checkout so we can reach you.
How do I track my order? +
Sign in and open My Orders. Each order shows its live status — from payment received, through trade sent, to delivered — so you always know where it is.
